KeepHealthCare.ORG – Free program offered to breast cancer survivors | Health and Fitness

The Bosom Buddies Hope Chest is a free service operated by breast cancer survivors and volunteer health professionals affiliated with the Lincoln Breast Cancer Alliance. It’s a community resource for women who have undergone a lumpectomy, mastectomy or bilateral mastectomy.

The Hope Chest provides free new and gently used bras, prostheses and other mastectomy supplies to women who need them in a unique partnership with omt! divine resale, an upscale consignment shop at 1725 Van Dorn St.

When women call the Hope Chest contact number, they speak to a breast cancer survivor who determines their needs and schedules a personalized fitting by a trained health professional. All supplies and services are free. There are no age, income or other requirements. For more details about the Hope Chest, contact Tina at 402-890-4063.
