KeepHealthCare.ORG – Popular fast food restaurant issued a red sticker
ALBUQUERQUE, NM —
During routine inspections, the Albuquerque Environmental Health Department found violations at the Golden Pride restaurant located at 10101 Central Avenue.
Inspectors said some of the violations were foods not being cooled at proper temperatures, sanitizer buckets not having required labels and thawing potentially hazardous food at room temperature.
Inspectors also said an employee didn’t immediately wash hands after handling dirty dishes, and a pipe was leaking water.
KOAT spoke to the restaurant owner who said, “We missed a few items and everything was corrected immediately.”
After a re-inspection, the Golden Pride had a green sticker.
