Nothing beats a beef hot dog with a side of fancy sauce!

Hot dogs have a terrible reputation. Sure, there are some really repulsive kinds and brands, but high-quality pure beef is unquestionably the star of summer cookouts and gatherings. With these quick and simple keto recipes, your favorite low-carb hot dogs will shine even brighter!


Hip ends:
  • I prefer to grill beef sausages and use a hot dog as a bun. Simply cut a slit approximately 3/4 of the way along the length of the dog. Garnish the meats with your preferred toppings once they’ve been grilled….. Sauce, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, chile, cheese, onions – the list goes on!
  • For the sweet-spicy recipe, Giuliano Hot & Spicy Pepper Spread adds wonderful color and flavor. It can be purchased for about $2 in most grocery stores. You can also replace them with grated jalapenos from a jar.
  • Have you lately been invited to a barbecue? Prepare the three relishes as a nice gift package for the house’s owner.
  • Mix equal parts mayonnaise and garlic sauce for a fast and simple remoulade recipe (recipe below). Season with freshly ground pepper and a pinch of sea salt.

Use these three simple and entertaining pickle recipes to adorn your pets! (Each serving includes 16 dosages of each type.)

Spices, both sweet and savory:

  • 1/2 cup dill sauce (prepared) (I use Vlasic)
  • 1/2 cup Giuliano Hot & Spicy Jalapeno Spread
  • 15-25 teaspoons liquid Stevia (oder nach Geschmack anpassen)

Radish Mustard:

  • 3/4 cup dill sauce (made) (I use Vlasic)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet Zwiebeln
  • 2 teaspoons cooked mustard yellow
  • Optional: 5 teaspoons liquid Stevia

For garlic fans, here’s a garlic seasoning recipe:

  • 3/4 cup dill sauce (made) (I use Vlasic)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet Zwiebeln
  • 3–4 hacking knives, fine


Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl (depending on the option you choose). Have a blast!

Keep in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for at least a few months.

When garlic has had time to marinade, it has the greatest flavor. Serve after at least a few hours (ideally a full day) has passed.
