You can create your own keto nut butter with this recipe, and all you have to do is combine a few ingredients for a tasty low-carb snack! When you compare the cost of store-bought nut butters to the cost of creating your own, you’ll probably save even more money.

Tips on how to make the best nut butter

  • Allow the peanuts to cool fully before putting them in a blender or food processor. Heat may harm your food processor by causing overheating, steam, and pressure.
  • Jenna, one of my teammates, utilized peanuts with tiny red tops. She rolled them between her hands after frying them to pull them out, and the paper fell free!
  • If you want extra nut butter, you may double (or treble!) the recipe using 2 cups of nuts.

Homemade Keto Peanut & Almond Oil

Instead of buying jars from the store, use this simple method to create your own wonderfully sweet and savory nut butter at home.

Almond oil is a healthy fat that comes from almonds.

Butter made from peanuts:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

To roast nuts, spread them out on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 20 minutes. Before placing the nuts in the food processor, let them cool fully (or blender).

Prepare the almond oil by placing 2 cups almonds in a food processor and processing on high speed for 5 minutes once they have cooled. Once the mixture has reached a creamy consistency, season with salt and sugar, as well as any additional tastes you want. Work at a high level of effort for another 2 minutes. Allow the nut butter to cool in a container.

Prepare the peanut butter by placing 2 cups of cooled peanuts in a food processor and processing for 5 minutes on high speed. Add the butter, salt, sweetener, and any other flavorings after the mixture has achieved a creamy consistency. Work at a high level of effort for another 2 minutes. Allow the peanut butter to cool in a container.
