The whole family will love these sandwiches as a keto friendly snack or appetizer, and they will disappear quickly – so don’t forget to make more than you expect!

Take these simple ingredients and go for it!

I use ham, but technically you could use turkey or roast beef. Try to find varieties with no added sugar. Then take the cream cheese and the mini dill pickles. I used the Everything but the Bagel spice as an interesting addition.

This is a versatile idea, as you can flavor the fresh cheese with fresh herbs or chives and use different meats for dinner.

You only need a few minutes to prepare!

Spread the cream cheese on a slice of ham and sprinkle the herbs on top (you can also soak the cream cheese ahead of time so it’s easier to spread). Then wrap the cucumber tightly in a slice of ham. I used a paper towel to dab some of the juice on the outside of the cucumber to make it easier to roll up.

Then cut the roll into 4-5 pieces. I’ve found that you have to put the packet in the fridge first to set, but if you’re impatient, you can slice it (it won’t be as pretty though). Then add more seasoning just before serving.

Here’s a simple appetizer that anyone can easily make with dill pickles, cream cheese and ham.

Roll up the mini cucumber with the ham and press it well together. Extras : Place the mixture in the fridge for one hour before preparing the cream cheese.
