The ketogenic diet is a high fat, moderate protein, and low carb diet. It is a standard keto diet, but has been modified to be suitable for a keto diet for those who are looking to lower their cholesterol. The keto diet has been shown to have a great impact on lowering cholesterol and keeping it low. The keto diet is a great diet for reducing cholesterol, and will help to control your cholesterol. The keto diet will help to lower your cholesterol, which also lowers your risk of heart disease and stroke.

I eat dairy and animal products and get blood work done often. I’ve been told at least four times that I have a cholesterol level that is dangerously high. At my last lab visit, I was told by the doctor that I have a cholesterol level of 219.

I want to maintain everything the same from day to day for a total of 20 days, so the graphic I’m showing you here is just the first five days, and they aren’t duplicate pictures.

I actually ate the same manner simply 10 a.m., 3 p.m., and 8 p.m., which was my baseline diet for the experiment, and by doing so for 20 days straight, I was able to have two interventions that were very discreetly apparent while leaving everything else the same, and this is how it appeared.

I was taking my lipids every morning with a cardio check, and as you can see from the top two numbers, total cholesterol and LDL, they usually hover around the same level. Then I started my first workout routine, which resulted in this.

Then I performed the second workout routine, which resulted in this. You can see right here, from both the intervention one, where I was doing a vibration plate and high intensity interval training, and then of course the more intense interval two, when I performed the weight lifting and the vibration plate, how much of a difference it made, as seen on this chart.

The actual decrease in LDL at its lowest point was 15% for the first one and 17% for the second, which indicates to me that there is some degree of endocytosis occurring with LDL particles. To be sure, it was still a hypothesis, but one that I was eager to test in that experiment.

Many people have a low opinion of the ketogenic diet because they are not educated on how they can benefit from it. The keto diet is known for helping with weight loss, as well as improving overall health and well being. When people go on a keto diet, they usually cut carbohydrates out of their daily diets..
