Before you go and make your entire family sick, you need to know that some fruit and dairy contain traces of sugar or more broadly, carbs. Healthy fats are also important for your health, but there’s a right way to intake them, which is why the ketogenic diet or keto diet is often referred to as a way to lose weight and especially for those who suffer from any kind of health issue.
There’s nothing that says fall, winter, and holiday season quite like these cookies, which are made with the sweet-tart flavor of white chocolate mocha and orange. The recipe is simple to make and can be prepared quickly (and easily)! You can easily adapt the flavors of the white chocolate mocha to other different flavors, such as coffee, mint, or even bacon.

I don’t know about you, but I think citrus recipes are very trendy online! While these fruit treats are generally not keto friendly, I solved that problem! I found this delicious white chocolate orange cookies recipe that will satisfy your citrus cravings while being low carb!
Here is the secret ingredient!
Our friends at ChocZero have launched a new product, coated orange peel with white chocolate, and let me tell you, it’s delicious and really shines in this keto cookie recipe. Hippie tips to make the best white chocolate orange keto cookies:
- It is very important that you let the cookie dough cool for at least 30 minutes in the freezer or an hour or even all night in the refrigerator. It should then rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking. This prevents the cookies from becoming flat slices and ensures that they bake evenly across the surface.
- The white chocolate bark with orange zest really brings out the fruity flavor. I added coconut extract and it felt like a delicious treat on the beach! If you don’t like coconut flavor, you can use your favorite aromatic extract.
- You can make the cookie dough ahead of time and put it in the freezer until you need it. It’s perfect for getting ready in a hurry.

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the butter and monk fruit sweetener with an electric mixer for three minutes. Add the egg and coconut extract (or your favorite extract) and stir until well blended.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir for 30 seconds. Add the chopped orange zest and white chocolate to the cookie dough.
Place the cookie dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour or in the freezer for 30 minutes. This is very important! If you skip this step, your cookies will fall apart and become completely flat.
Remove the cooled dough from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. Drop the dough with a large tablespoon and place on a lined baking sheet.
Place a baking sheet in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8-9 minutes, until cookies are golden on the edges. Remove the cookies from the oven, but leave them on the baking sheet until completely cool, then set them on a wire rack to cool. This will allow the almond flour to cool and harden. This is another important step.
